DNA Detailers Service Agreement

Thank you for choosing DNA Detailers! By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms below.

Appointment Cancellation and reshedule policy

When you book an appointment, you may reschedule or cancel at any time. However, if you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of the appointment date, you will be charged a $40 Fee. If you cancel or are a no show on the date of the appointment, you may be charged the full amount (up to $200)

Cancel/Reschedule 48 hours in advance: No Fee
Cancel/Reschedule Within 48 hours of appointment: $40
Cancel/Reschedule Within 24 hours of appointment: Full service fee (up to 200$)

Vehicle Access & Arrival Window

Our team may arrive 30-90 minutes after the scheduled time due to job delays or traffic. We require access and keys to perform the service, and by booking, you authorize DNA Detailers to operate and reposition the vehicle if needed. If we’re unable to access or begin the service upon arrival, cancellation or reschedule fees may apply.

Satisfaction Policy

If there is probable and clear cause that the technician did not fulfill the Job or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by email (dnadetailerstx@gmail.com) and include photos of the areas of dissatisfaction.

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately after service by credit or debit card, or cash. Late payments incur a 10% fee plus 0.25% daily interest until paid. If you plan to leave during a mobile appointment, please check out with our team before leaving.

Mobile access requirements

For mobile services, we require access to electricity and water at the time of arrival. If these resources are unavailable and the service cannot be completed, up to 100% of the service fee (Up to $200) will be charged.

Pre Existing conditions & Liability

We inspect and document any visible pre existing damage before starting service, If any issues occur during service, we will notify you immediately. DNA Detailers Liability is limited to the the amount paid for service, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage.

Marketing and photos

By booking an appointment with DNA Detailers, you grant us permission to photograph your vehicle for marketing or training use, unless you request otherwise.
